The exercises below use my 3 foot technique....LEFT HEEL ON THE LEFT BASS PEDAL, LEFT TOE ON THE HI-HAT AND RIGHT FOOT ON THE RIGHT BASS PEDALS. The goal of these HYPERFUNK exercises is to play accents and ghost notes with the feet while being fully able to open and close the hi-hat.
